hello ronron Terms & Conditions

This website is operated by hello ronron. Throughout the site, “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to hello ronron. By accessing or using this website and/or purchasing from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”), including any additional policies linked herein. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
1. Eligibility
1.1 You must be at least 18 years old to purchase from our website.
2. Orders & Payments
2.1 All prices are shown in your selected currency. Taxes, duties, and shipping fees may apply and will be calculated at checkout. Shipping fees and duties may apply for international orders.
2.2 We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order for any reason at our sole discretion. This may include product availability, inaccuracies in product or pricing information, or suspected fraudulent activity.
2.3 Orders are only confirmed once payment is successfully processed. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as shown at checkout.
2.4 You are responsible for ensuring all order and shipping details are accurate. hello ronron is not liable for lost orders due to incorrect information provided at checkout.
2.5 Order Cancellation and Updates: Customers cannot cancel orders after placing them. However, if you need to update ordered items or recipient information, please contact us within 24 hours of placing the order.
3. Shipping
3.1 Shipping fees and delivery timelines depend on your shipping location and are calculated at checkout.
3.2 We aim to dispatch orders promptly. However, shipping times are estimates only and may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as customs delays or courier disruptions.
3.3 Once your order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, risk of loss or damage transfers to you.
3.4 Any customs duties, taxes, or fees incurred for international shipments are the responsibility of the customer.
3.5 Limitation on Refunds: Shipping fees are non-refundable. We do not refund any additional costs incurred by couriers, such as handling fees, delay fees, import duties, or local country taxes.
4. Returns & Exchanges
4.1 We accept returns and exchanges in accordance with our Returns & Exchanges Policy.
4.2 To be eligible for a return, items must be:

Returned within the return period stated in the Returns & Exchanges Policy
4.3 Some items (such as made-to-order pieces or sale items) may be non-returnable. This will be clearly indicated on the product page.
4.4 Shipping costs for returns or exchanges are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item received was faulty or incorrect.
5. Product Information
5.1 We take care to display product colours, descriptions, and measurements as accurately as possible. However, due to differences in device screens and handmade production processes, minor variations may occur.
5.2 All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product without prior notice.
5.3 Warranty Disclaimer: Products are provided ‘as is’ without warranties except where required by law. Please inspect items upon receipt and notify us immediately of any defects.
6. Membership and Rewards Program

8.2 Our liability in respect of any individual order is strictly limited to the purchase price of that order.
