We ship all our orders from our sunny Malaysia warehouse.

Malaysia : Shipping fee is MYR 19. Free shiping for orders above MYR 290.

International : Free shipping is available for orders above minimum order value. Please refer to our shipping chart for more information.

* Please note : International shipping fees are exclusive of any import tax or customs duties which may be payable on delivery to your country.

Please allow 1 to 2 business days for your order to be received and processed by our warehouse team. From then, shipping to :

West Malaysia : 1 - 3 business days.

East Malaysia : 3 - 5 business days.

International : 3 - 7 business days.

Kindly note that the shipping timeframe does not include delays if your parcel is held up by Customs authorities. If taxes and/or duties are charged for your parcel, you are responsible to settling them before the delivery can proceed.

Please note, COVID-19 may affect some delivery timeframes, with some courier services occasionally experiencing unexpected delays in transit, or delays in the providing tracking details.

Yes we do! We offer same day delivery within Klang Valley in West Malaysia.

We deliver your order with Grab or Lalamove. Same day delivery fee is RM39 per order. (Free shipping promo is not available for same day delivery.)

Please allow 1 to 2 business days from when your order is first placed for the warehouse to pick and pack your order for shipping. Orders are shipped Monday to Friday.

Once your order has been shipped, we send you an email containing a tracking number, which allows you to easily track the progress of your order. Please allow 1 - 2 business days from the time your order is first placed, until tracking information is made available.

As we ship orders Monday to Friday, tracking details cannot be supplied on weekends and Public Holidays.

* Please note : Your order status will be marked as 'Order Received' until tracking details have been supplied to us by the courier. Your order status is changed to 'Shipped' after the package is already in transit.

All our orders are shipped from Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. We predominately use FedEx for international shipping. 

NinjaVan is used for deliveries to West Malaysia and Singapore. 

PosLaju is used for deliveries to East Malaysia.

Grab or Lalamove is used for same day deliveries to Klang Valley, West Malaysia.

Pgeon is used for deliveries to Hong Kong and Taiwan.

You can track parcels via the FedEx, NinjaVan, EasyParcel, or PosLaju websites.

Yes, for international orders. You will be responsible for any import custom & duties from your local customs office.

Our main warehouse ships orders directly from Malaysia. Regulations for import duties and taxes vary from country to country. We have no control over these charges and we cannot predict their amount. Unless otherwise stated, our garment prices and shipping costs are exclusive of all import duties and taxes. All orders are sent on a Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis.

hello ronron does not cover any duties, taxes or associated handling fees which may be applied to your order by your local government. Please be aware that you will be responsible for payment of these costs upon delivery of your order. Please contact your local customs office for more information. We are not responsible for replacing or refunding any orders that are stuck in customs clearance.

All of our products are priced in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR RM).

While your cart and *approx. shipping fee may display your local currency for reference, you will checkout using Malaysian Ringgit (MYR RM) at the most current exchange rate.
