We hope you'll enjoy your order – but just in case something isn’t quite right, we’ve made it easy to make a return at our Online Returns Center.

Return Steps
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can make a return request within 14 days of the delivery date (the date when the package is delivered by our courier partner), provided that the items fulfill the following terms & conditions.

- Prepare your return items
Kindly ensure that your order number, and either "Refund" or "Exchange" are indicated on the parcel for smoother processing and verification. -
Pack your items securely
Securely pack your items (you may reuse the original box). Please ensure they meet our return terms: all items must be in their original condition—with original tags attached, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and purchased directly from helloronron.com only.

Ship your return package
Ship your package via your preferred courier and add the tracking details to your Returns Center submission page for tracking.

Return processing
Once your return items arrive, our team will process them within 1–2 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your return has been processed and authorized.

Refunds or exchanges
Refunds: You can choose store credits or a refund to your original payment method. For account holders, store credits are automatically added to your account within 1–2 business days; if you don’t have an account, a redeemable code will be emailed within the same timeframe. Payment refunds are processed within 7–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider, with Credit Card refunds possibly taking up to 10 business days.
Exchanges: You are welcome to exchange items for a different size or colour. If your requested item is unavailable, you may choose store credits or a refund to your original payment method. We’re glad to help you find the right fit, and we’ll cover the shipping fee for sending the new item to you.

Return shipping fees
All postal fees, customs duties, and taxes for returns are to be paid by the customer.
Terms & Conditions
Return items must fulfil the following terms & conditions to be processed and authorized.
Any return sent without authorization will be refused and it will be the responsibility of the customer to arrange the collection of their item(s).

Item's original condition |
Items must be in its new and original condition: unwashed, undamaged. Any item that appears to have been visibly worn, washed, or altered in any way will be refused. Please take care when trying on items, as we cannot accept items that have incurred any makeup stains or that smell of perfume. |
Hangtags | Keep all the tags and labels attached to the item. Do not remove the hangtag from your garment if you wish to make a return. |
Custom Duties & Taxes
For international orders, you may be able to apply to your local customs authority for a tax refund on any returned products.

Please Note
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- All promotional purchases or items marked final sale are not eligible for returns and refunds.
- The shipping cost of returning item(s) to hello ronron, is not covered or reimbursed by us. You are responsible for the return shipping costs. Returns sent back to us by your own return carrier must include a tracking number as we are unable to be held liable for the loss of item.
