Where can I purchase hello ronron?
hello ronron garments are exclusively available to purchase online here at helloronron.com. hello ronron garments cannot be purchased from any other online stores or retailers.
What if I want to change or cancel my order?
Once an order is submitted online, it cannot be cancelled.
We can assist you with changing your order should you need help with updating order item(s), colour, sizes, or the delivery & shipping address.
Should you no longer want your purchase after placing the order, you will need to submit a return request and send the unwanted items back.
hello ronron cannot be held liable for the reimbursement of any shipping costs for change of mind purchases or due to the submission of incorrect shipping details when placing your order. Please ensure you check all shipping details carefully before submitting your order.
How can I contact you?
You can contact us by sending an e-mail to email@example.com or contact us here, and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
Our customer service team is available online 6 days a week, Monday - Saturday. Any enquiries sent on a Sunday or Malaysia Public Holiday will be responded to the next business day.
What currency do you charge?
All of our products are priced in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). While your cart may display your selected currency for reference, you will checkout using Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) at the most current exchange rate.
Your credit card will be charged in MYR and then converted to your local currency by your bank on your account statement.
Please note, that hello ronron (RONRON SDN. BHD.) is a Malaysia registered business therefore, an international transaction fee may also be charged by your bank.
What payment methods do you accept?
Credit Cards : We accept Visa, MasterCard, Union Pay, Amex, and PayPal via our Stripe and iPay88 payment gateway.
Online Banking : For customers in Malaysia, we accept FPX online banking via the iPay88 checkout gateway.
E-Wallet : We accept Boost, GrabPay, Maybank QR, MCash, NetsQR, ShopeePay, and Touch' N Go eWallet via the iPay88 checkout gateway.
BNPL (Buy now, pay later) : For customers in Malaysia, we accept Atome.
Is it safe to order from your Online Store?
Definitely. All payments processed through our website are made via secure payment gateways: Stripe and iPay88.
All purchase made from helloronron.com are guaranteed to be authentic.
What size should I order?
We get it, sizing can be difficult, that’s why we’re here to help! Send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org or contact us here, and we’ll help figure out the best size for you.

Where are hello ronron pieces made?
hello ronron pieces are designed in-house and then produced by our manufacturing teams in Shanghai, China. Knit is a specialty material - we source and select yarns, sample prototypes, and produce our collections with our knit specialist factory partner.
Our prints are hello ronron original designs with each print trademarked to our brand.

Shipping & delivery
Where do you ship to?
We offer worldwide shipping to most destinations. Packages will ship from our sunny Malaysia warehouse by our fulfillment centre partner.

Returns & refunds
What is your return policy?
We understand that sometimes things don't work out, therefore, hello ronron will accept returns on full price purchases, provided the request is made within 14 days of receiving the package and meets our return policy.
All returns need to be sent to our returns centre located in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. See the Returns & Refunds page for more information.
What if my order is missing an item(s)?
Each order upon picking and packing prior to dispatch is weighed to confirm inclusion of all ordered items. Upon dispatch, the courier confirms weight of the parcel. hello ronron cannot be held responsible for missing items when courier and fulfillment center confirmed delivery of all ordered items via visual and written confirmation.
Please email us straight away at email@example.com or contact us here so we can review the matter. Claims for reimbursement must be made between the buyer and the courier.
What if the item I received is damaged or faulty?
We strive to ensure all items sold are of the highest standard and quality. However, if you have a concern with a faulty or damaged item, please contact us straight away at firstname.lastname@example.org so we can review the matter.
Discount & promo
Can I use more than one promo code?
Only one promo code can be used per order and cannot be combined with other promotions.
How is free shipping applied to discount/promo items?
Free shippings are applied after discount/promo. Your order value after discout has to meet the minimum spend to be eligible for free shipping.
