We do not sell through other online stores or retailers.

Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled.

If you need to modify your order—whether it’s changing items, colours, sizes, or updating your shipping address—we’re happy to assist before your order is dispatched.

If you no longer wish to keep your purchase, you’ll need to submit a return request and send the item(s) back.

Please note that hello ronron does not reimburse shipping costs for change-of-mind returns or incorrect shipping details entered at checkout. We recommend reviewing your shipping information carefully before placing your order.

Our customer service team is available online 5 days a week, Monday through Friday. Messages sent on Singapore public holidays will be answered on the next business day.

hello ronron pieces are designed in-house and produced in small, exclusive batches by skilled knitwear artisans in Shanghai and Guangdong, China, ensuring thoughtful craftsmanship and lasting quality.

We specialize in the Fully Fashioned knitting method, a technique that reduces textile waste while shaping each knit with precision, comfort, and ease.

From carefully selecting yarns and trimmings to developing samples, we collaborate closely with our trusted atelier to bring each collection to life.

Every hello ronron print and pattern is hand-drawn and created by our founder, Angela, making each design uniquely ours. We’re excited to expand our offerings and introduce printed dresses in the future—stay tuned!

You can request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

Items must be in original condition and returned to our warehouse before a refund is issued.

Shipping costs, promotional purchases, and final sale items are not eligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges.

Before dispatch, each order is carefully weighed and checked to ensure all items are included. Upon shipment, the courier also confirms the parcel’s weight.

If both the fulfillment centre and courier verify the delivery of all ordered items through visual and written confirmation, hello ronron cannot be held responsible for missing items.

Claims for reimbursement must be made directly between the buyer and the courier.

We take great care in selecting durable materials and ensuring thoughtful craftsmanship in every piece.

However, if you receive an item that is damaged or faulty, please contact us immediately at info@helloronron.com or here, and we will review the issue.

Only one promo code can be applied per order and cannot be combined with other promotions—except for shipping discounts.

Shipping discounts can be used alongside any promo code.

Free shipping is calculated after discounts and promo codes have been applied.

Your order total after discounts must meet the minimum spend required to qualify for free shipping.
