Here are our returns & refunds policy - Visit our returns center to start a return request.
No worries, you have 14 days from when you receive your order to make a return request.
Online purchases can be refunded back to store credits or your original payment method.
To better serve your return processing, we currently do not offer exchange services.
Returns & Refunds
We hope you love your order – but just in case something isn’t quite right, we’ve made it easy to make a return at our Online Returns Center.
For order issues such as damaged, defective, or wrong items :

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can make a return request within 14 days of the delivery date (the date when you receive your package), provided that the items fulfill the following terms & conditions.
- Submit a return request at our Online Returns Center – click here to get started.
- Follow the steps from our Online Returns Center to pack and mail in your return items with any courier of your choice.
- Once your return items reach our warehouse, our team will process the return within 1 to 2 business days. You will receive the return confirmation email after your return items have been processed and authorized.
- Online purchases can be refunded back to store credits or your original payment method. Store credits will be emailed to you as a Gif Card within 1 to 2 business days. If you choose payment refund, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days. PayPal and Credit Card refunds can take up to 10 business days to clear back into your account.
Terms & conditions
Return items must fulfill the following terms & conditions to be processed and authorized.
Any return sent without authorization will be refused and it will be the responsibility of the customer to arrange collection of their item(s).
Please check your return items have met the following terms :
|Packing Slip & RMA Number||
Print out the Packing Slip and write down your Return Material Authorization (RMA) Number on the Packing Slip. Pack the Packing Slip with your return items inside a box.
Item's original condition
Item must be in its new and original condition: unwashed, undamaged. Any item that appear to have been worn, washed, or altered in any way will be refused. Please take care when trying on item, as we cannot accept items that have incurred any makeup stains or that smell of perfume.
|Hangtags||Keep all the tags and labels attached to the item. Do not remove the hangtag from your garment if you wish to make a return.|
|Garment bag||Re-pack each item inside its original garment bag.|
|Packaging box||Re-pack your item(s) inside the original packaging box and ship them back to the address as directed on our Return Center.|
Custom duties & taxes
For international orders, you may be able to apply to your local customs authority for a tax refund on any returned products.
Please reach out to your customs authority for more information.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- All promotional purchases or items marked final sale are not eligible for returns and refunds.
- The shipping cost of returning item(s) to hello ronron, is not covered or reimbursed by us. You are responsible for the return shipping costs. Returns sent back to us by your own return carrier must include a tracking number as we are unable to be held liable for the loss of item.
- hello ronron reserves the right to deny a refund if the item(s) does not meet the Return Policy Terms & Conditions above.
